Hosting Your Event at PEARL
Brilliant copper and elegant paintings of renowned artists adorn this historic, newly renovated building. Entering the building creates the feeling of rich euphoria. Your special occasion deserves all the right touches.
RATES
In trying to make these events easier and less stressful the prices quoted below include the following. (Note that if you do not need all of the following included items the price is still the same.)

* Chairs
* Set up and Take Down
* Cloth Napkins
* Silverware
* China
* Glassware = Water, Wine, Champagne and/or Beer Glasses
Monday - Thursday $450 up to 50 people
$650 up to 100 people
Fridays and Sundays $550 up to 50 people
$750 up to 100 people
Saturdays and Holidays $650 up to 50 people
$850 up to 100 people
Above prices are for a five hour event. There is no charge for reasonable set-up time.
CATERING
Please contact our recommended caterer, Capricorn Catering, to make arrangements.
If you choose to use a caterer that we have not recommended there is an additional $50 fee.
If you choose to potluck (No Kitchen Use) we still provide food tableswith an additional $50 fee.
ALCOHOLIC LIBATIONS
We are licensed to serve wine, beer, champagne and hard cider. We can purchase your alcoholic beverages or you may choose to purchase your own.
Our licensed servers must serve all alcohol.
There is a required one server per 50 guests at $20 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
Note there are to be no alcoholic beverages brought on to the premises other than that provided by the Event Center or host.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. All Balances are due 30 days before the event. You may pay by Cash, Check Visa, MasterCard. A $50 fee will be incurred if your check is returned by the bank.
DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
LIABILITY
The rental party is responsible for any physical damage to the building and if excessive clean up is needed, the charge will be $25 per hour. We require a refundable $150 security deposit.
INSURANCE
A copy of a “Certificate of Liability Insurance” naming the Pearl Gallery as additional insured for extended coverage is required. This is a one-day rider for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $500,000. This is usually available from your home owners insurance at no charge.
CLEAN UP
Please remove all food, drink, equipment, decorations and personal items immediately after your event. The Pearl is not responsible for any items not removed.
DECORATIONS
No nail or thumb tack use on building interior or exterior surfaces.
No aerosol type spray paint or tape on windows.
No open flame candles all candles must be enclosed.
No rice, bird seed, glitter, confetti or bubbles etc. in or around the PEARL building.
SMOKING
PEARL is a non-smoking establishment.
